1. Henry Mullin will be Lawrenceville's new police chief. He has 24 years of experience with the Sandy Springs Police Department and Fulton County Police. His focus for the department is to build a culture, recruit new officers, and develop more community policing. His start date is scheduled for Dec. 16. (WSBTV)
2. A Fulton County beauty supply store owner was killed on Tuesday. The incident occurred in the 3100 block of Washington Road at Beauty World Beauty Supply store. Hyun Chan Cha, 69 years old, was shot several times during what appears to be a robbery. Nathan Huff, 43 years old, has been arrested for the murder. (WSBTV)
3. Fitch Ratings has upgraded Fulton County's water and sewerage revenue refunding bonds. The bonds are worth about $223.3 million. They have been upgraded to AA from AA-. The ratings represent the profile of the system irrespective of the credit quality of Fulton County. (Fitch Ratings)
