The Sandy Springs Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the cultural and recreational life of Sandy Springs by raising funds to support events such as Blue Stone Arts &amp; Music Festival, City Green Live concerts, Lantern Parade, Sparkle Sandy Springs, Juneteenth, and many more. Funds will expand the use of key community assets such as the Performing Arts Center, City Green, Heritage Amphitheater, Veterans Park, and other city parks and green spaces. Working with Sandy Springs nonprofit and civic organizations, the Foundation seeks to ensure that art, music, and recreation will bring residents together and create a lasting community impact.

First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta is now accepting applications for the 2026 cohort of its Epiphany program, a faith-based social entrepreneurship incubator supporting startups tackling today’s most pressing challenges. Epiphany is an evergreen initiative that equips entrepreneurs developing innovative solutions to social issues with funding, mentorship, and strategic guidance. If you are an emerging founder with a vision to address societal challenges often overlooked by traditional markets, Epiphany offers the resources needed to help your venture grow. Examples of qualifying ventures include businesses that employ formerly incarcerated individuals or adults with developmental challenges, as well as enterprises offering services such as coding training for refugees or mechanical skills development in low-income communities. Since its launch, Epiphany has awarded nearly half a million dollars in grants and supported multiple successful ventures, including Refuge Coffee Co., PadSplit, and Purposeful Gourmet Foods. Modeled in part after the format of Shark Tank, the program provides early-stage entrepreneurs with capital, mentorship, and access to a network focused on impact areas such as hunger, homelessness, housing, refugee resettlement, racial equity, poverty, healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability. SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Bellwether Enterprises, a commercial and multifamily mortgage banking subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment Inc., has closed on 40 deals totaling $411 million in loans last month.One of those deals is the Sandy Springs Village shopping center, which is located at the corner of Roswell and Abernathy roads.Enterprises closed on the $5.1 million refinance loan for the structure, which was built in 1977. <ul><li><a href="https://patch.com/georgia/sandysprings/subscribe">Sign up for the Sandy Springs Patch newsletter!</a></li></ul>"The lender's ability to fund the property several months before a primary tenant took occupancy was key to its winning the business," the company said in a statement. Huey Luey's started build-out of Suite 6650 shortly after loan closing, Enterprise said.
