- The ongoing I-75 lane closures in Fulton and Cobb Counties have ended, effective this morning at 5:00 a.m. The closures were necessary to allow crews to replace and repair the bridges' components. The final $10.7 million project will likely be completed in Fall 2023. (Cobb County Courier)
- According to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, there has been a noticeable increase in reported car break-ins this year. So far, there have been over 100 reported car break-ins — more than double the amount reported in previous years at the location. Park Rangers are attempting to address the issue with increased patrols and license plate readers. Residents are reminded to not leave valuables in cars. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
- Sandy Springs' Matthew Krull has been appointed to the Georgia Rare Disease Advisory Council. Krull is the Deputy Chief of Staff and Interim General Counsel for the state's Department of Human Services. His appointment to the Advisory Council was approved by Governor Brian P.
