- The City of Sandy Springs will be moving its Veterans Day Tribute to the Byers Theatre. The tribute will still be at 11:30 a.m. today. The change in venue is due to forecasted inclement weather that will be impacting the area. The entire community is encouraged to attend. (City of Sandy Springs)
- The Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber will be hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Smpyhona LLP's newly renovated space. The ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1. - It is peak deer activity season in Fulton County. The Georgia Department of Natural Resources Wildlife Resources Division reports that deer mating season is increasing deer movement across the county.
