The Sandy Springs location is co-owned by Sheila Granda, Matt Omiatek and Kellen Stennett, all of whom jointly own the Buckhead and Brookhaven Club Pilates studios.

“We wanted to expand Club Pilates’ reach in the Atlanta area because we recognized the need for inclusive, affordable workout options,” said Kellen. “Pilates is something anyone of any age, body type and athletic ability can participate in. The environment is calm and inviting and the group classes take place in a comfortable setting. We are eager to help make Pilates accessible to the residents of Sandy Springs.”

Club Pilates is the first Pilates organization to create a proprietary 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Reformer Pilates classes along with TRX, Triggerpoint, and Barre. Club Pilates has more than 300 locations across 37 states.
