- The Fulton County Department of Registration & Elections is recruiting civic-minded individuals to support the voting process and ensure citizens can exercise their right to vote. They are seeking motivated and dependable individuals for temporary positions, including advance voting poll workers and election day poll workers. These positions require a commitment to public service, reliable transportation, and proficiency in reading and writing English. You can learn more at the link. (Fulton County, GA - Government)
- On Sunday morning around 4:10 a.m., a crash occurred near the Glenridge Drive entrance of I-285 in Sandy Springs, causing the closure of several lanes. The accident involved four vehicles and resulted in critical injuries to a North Perimeter Contractors worker and an off-duty Morehouse College School of Medicine Police officer. Both individuals are currently hospitalized for treatment. (11 Alive)
- The Fulton County Sheriff's Office is hosting the annual Jr. Deputy Academy, inviting young heroes to join an action-packed adventure from Jul. 10-14.
