Here are the top three stories today in Sandy Springs:

  1. A new documentary is sharing the complexities of caring for children with complex medical conditions and disabilities. The "Unseen: How We're Failing Parent Caregivers and Why It Matters" documentary had its Georgia premiere at the Springs Theatre and Taphouse in Sandy Springs. The film was produced by Tom and Amanda Dyer. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
  2. The Sandy Springs Police Department is encouraging residents to prepare for the upcoming I-285/Ga. 400 lane closures. The closures will likely create a large impact on residents' travel schedules for months. The closures will begin on Saturday. The largest impact will occur on Monday when the closures cause significant delays. (WSBTV)
  3. Construction on a trail segment linking the Chattahoochee River to Roswell Road will likely start this month. The project is being funded through a $7.8 million contract with GHC Corp. and a $3 million grant from the state's Department of Natural resources for the construction. The trail segment will likely be completed in Oct. 2023. (ReporterNewspapers.net)

Shipping isn't cheap at $39.95, but that still comes out to just over $6 per bottle. Splash Wines has a money-back guarantee if you don't like the wine and 4.6 out of 5 rating on TrustPilot.
