- Fulton County will be hosting a Mass Decontamination Exercise in Vista Forge. This full-scale exercise will be the first of its kind and include 700 people through various response agencies. The Department of Defense will be participating in the exercise. The county's Emergency Management is making preparations. (Fulton County)
- Sandy Springs is working to bring PATH400 to the Georgia Highway 400 corridor. To do this, the city will be extending the trail another 2.3 miles north. The purpose of the project is to create a multi-use recreation and commuting option for residents between the city and BeltLine's 22-mile loop. Click for additional project information. (Urbanize)
- City Springs will be screening a World Cup soccer match on Saturday, Dec. 10. The event is titled "Futbol Fever at City Springs" and will be at 10:00 a.m. on the City Green. Participants are encouraged to bring friends and lawn chairs. Admission to the event is free. (City of Sandy Springs)
