New Medical Building May Signal Revived Loehmann’s Plaza

There’s no Loehmann’s in Loehmann’s Plaza, nor is there a sign to identify the location. But, there are a potpourri of businesses at 8610 Roswell Road. 

In addition to three increasingly popular restaurants – Tony’s Sports Bar and Grill, Café Brazil and Emidio’s – there are three churches, a new beauty supply store, dance studio, fitness club, and the Georgia Department of Driver License services.

Sandy Springs Diner fronts the plaza and recently work crews broke ground for a medical building. 

Patch learned that Loehmann’s Plaza owner Lee Najjar sold off that parcel of property. Calls to the new property owner for details on the building were not returned.
