  • Hello Neighbors, As an active senior woman I no longer want to own a home, so for the last few years, I’ve happily resided within a spare private furnished bedroom (w/full bath) in Sandy Springs /Atlanta 30328 zip condo/s w/ lovely ladies.
    I now once again, seek the same type of living quarters as the current condo owner has prescheduled upcoming “renovation” projects so I now need to… (Nextdoor Mt Vernon and Hammond)
  • I am considering renting a house in Dunwoody that is about 2900 sq ft and built around 1980.
    I’m trying to get an idea what the utilities would run. Anyone with a similarly sized house know what water, electric, and gas average? (Nextdoor Sandy Springs)
