Visions for Vacancies: What Should Replace Mr. Mattress Factory Outlet?

Mr. Mattress Factory Outlet was a mainstay at the corner of Roswell Road and Mount Vernon Highway for 12 years.

Last November, owner Glen Banham told Patch he planned to move to a new location. At the time the City of Sandy Springs intended to put a green space on the triangle as part of the master plan for the new downtown city center. The green space is no longer in the first phase of downtown plans.
