Christmas Tree Lighting Rained Out (Update)

Several events inside the Smyrna Community Center will continue despite the rain.

UPDATE: Parks & Recreation had to cancel the outdoor part of tonight’s Coming Home for the Holidays annual event. Rain is preventing Santa’s carriage arrival and the tree lighting ceremony, but he will be in the Community Center for visits earlier now. The lights on the tree will be on as people arrive tonight.

ORIGINAL STORY:Smyrna residents and visitors to the Jonquil City are invited to attend a special holiday event on Smyrna Village Green on Tuesday evening.
