SMYRNA, GA — Nonprofit programs in the Smyrna area are taking part in Georgia Gives Day on Thursday, Nov. 17. More than $1 million had already been raised early Thursday as the statewide program kicked off its fifth year. That total pushes the overall support to more than $10 million since the first event in 2012.

Donors can continue giving to local nonprofits any day of the year at GAgives.org.
