A man is accused of exposing himself to several different women, including two teenage girls, at Cumberland Mall.
COBB COUNTY, GA — Cobb County police arrested a man Wednesday who they said was exposing himself to women and teenagers at Cumberland Mall, WSB-TV reported.
Cedric Harrell exposed himself to several different women, including two teenage girls, in the food court, according to the news station.
Harrell has been charged with public indecency.
