What: See “The Artist,” a homage to the silent film era, at Chastain Park Summer Movie series. The movies will be screened at sunset on the hilltop meadow just off Park Drive in historic Chastain Park. Local food trucks will be on had to provide food and beer and wine will be available. What: Rock out in Central Park every Friday with live music from some of Atlanta's best bands! Each week a new, up and coming artist will perform on the stages in Central Park.

What: The Strand saved what audiences loved about last year's Motown show and added in classics and new cuts of music from Motown greats like Gladys Knight and Smokey Robinson. Anticipate seeing some familiar faces as well some exciting new talent in this fast paced musical revue.

SATURDAY

Sandy Springs Artsapalooza 

What: There is plenty to see and do with 150 artists and artisans lining the festival route, plus a children’s area, gourmet foods and local acoustic music.
