Visions for Vacancies Update: La Pantera Coming to South Cobb Drive

Sandra Campbell told Smyrna-Vinings Patch she purchased the building with plans to open an authentic Mexican restaurant called La Pantera later this month.

“It’s a restaurant and sports bar,” she said. “We’ll have flat screen TVs, authentic Mexican food and a DJ on weekends. Everything is new—state-of-the-art. It’s beautiful inside with authentic Mexican architecture.”

Campbell is no stranger to the restaurant industry. She said she’s owned restaurants before and currently owns The Memphis Grill in Dalton, Ga. She said La Pantera should open later this month pending Cobb County's approval of its liquor license.
