Whole Foods Hosts Grand Opening In Chamblee
On Friday, Whole Foods opened a pristine 45,000 square-foot store in the Dekalb County city of Chamblee.

CHAMBLEE, GA --- Whole Foods Market opened its ninth metro Atlanta store in Chamblee on Friday, August 18, Patch has learned. The grocery store will be located at 5001 Peachtree Boulevard.
First-day shoppers at the 45,000 square-foot store were literally in line for a big deal: The first 500 customers were set to receive free gifts cards ranging in amounts from $5 to $50 with one $500 card, the company said. Several product demonstrations and samples were also on tap for the the grand opening.

In addition to the freshest organic fare, the new store features a Revelator coffee bar and Genji Izakaya Japanese tapas, which is sure to be favorite with the north DeKalb community.
“We’re excited to join Chamblee-Brookhaven’s growing community with the opening of our new Whole Foods Market,” Scott Sherman, the store’s team leader, said in a news release. “The new store will feature many locally sourced and seasonal products that meet our high quality standards. Whether you come for Revelator Coffee, locally grown produce or Nashville hot chicken, the store will be a new gathering place for the community.”
