• Pedestrian Dead In Tucker Crash Involving FedEx Truck: Report (patch.com) — A pedestrian was struck and killed Saturday morning by a FedEx truck near Northlake Parkway and Crescent Center Boulevard in Tucker, according to DeKalb County police. The driver remained at the scene, and FedEx says it is cooperating with investigators. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity, and the investigation is ongoing.
   

• Carol Pritchett Prescott (barnesville.com) — Longtime Georgia resident Carol Pritchett Prescott, who once made her home in Tucker while raising her two sons, has passed away at age 82. Her life centered on family, church, and community service across several Georgia towns, with a graveside service planned later in Wrightsville. Friends and relatives are invited to share memories in an online guest book.
   

• Basketball Game Preview: Tucker Tigers vs. Lithonia Bulldogs + Official Tickets (maxpreps.com) — Tucker High basketball fans will see the Tigers try to snap a long skid against Lithonia in a road matchup Tuesday at 6 p.m. Tucker comes in 4-4 after a tough loss to Southwest DeKalb, while Lithonia rides a two-game win streak.
