KANE COUNTY, IL — A tornado warning issued by the National Weather Service for Thursday, Sept. 12 across southern Kane County and Aurora has been canceled, according to reports.

According to NWS, there is a significant thunderstorm risk, with the possibility of some of
these storms being strong to severe with a threat for large
hail and strong wind gusts.
