Do You Recognize This Dog, Found Thursday Near Kennedy Park

The pup is safe in the finder's home, enjoying the air conditioning and scarfing down some tuna.

CHICAGO — This little ragamuffin was wandering around just before 7:30 a.m. Thursday in front of St. Cajetan Church, 2555 W. 112th St.

Some Good Samaritans spent over an hour coaxing this tyke close enough to catch it at Kennedy Park at 113th Street and Western Avenue.

The dog is skinny, with no collar or chip. The breed is believed to be a long-haired chihuahua. The dog is currently in the finder’s home, enjoying the air-conditioning and scarfing down some tuna.
