CHICAGO — The first Throwback Thursday of summer gets going this Thursday, June 6, at Maggie Cosme Park, 9201 S. Longwood Drive from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Celebrate the 1960s with Shannon Ward providing live music. Morgan Martin will lead a fun-filled high-energy instructor-led activity for the kids from Live & Believe Fitness, and face painting by Cathy Sorich.

Kids are encouraged to decorate their bikes, wagons, or strollers with their favorite bright colors, flowers, or peace signs – the more colorful the better.

Families are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, and bug spray. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from Calabria on Wheels food truck.
