CHICAGO — Chicago Police Commander Brian Kinnane cordially invites residents living within the 22nd District boundaries to National Night Out, Tuesday, Aug. 5. The public safety event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. at Beverly Park, 2460 W. 102nd St., Chicago, featuring food, fun, games and more.
Learn about personal safety, watch demos and more. Most important, come meet your local police officers and neighbors.
Since the first National Night Out in 1984, more than 38 million neighbors in 17,000 communities throughout the nation will hold some type of event promoting community building and public safety. It’s a night to build police-community partnerships and strengthen neighborhood spirit.
