Downers Grove Car Dealership Hosts Fundraiser to Benefit South High

Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Downers Grove is holding a Dodge Booster Club fundraiser this weekend to benefit South High School.

The car dealership is inviting the community to test drive the 2013 Dodge Durango, Journey, Grand Caravan and Dart from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in the South High parking lot, 1436 Norfolk St. The Dodge brand will give the school $20 for every test drive taken.

Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will provide the vehicles, and dealership staff will be on hand to assist with the fundraising test drives. 

“We enjoy working with the parents and students in our community and look forward to the opportunity to help Downers Grove South High School” said Jeff Kommor, Midwest Business Center Representative. “The Dodge school fundraisers are friendly and fun for everyone.  Stop by and spend a few minutes with us to help raise needed funds for Downers Grove South High School’s Booster Club program.”

With the cooperation of local dealers like Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Downers Grove, the Dodge brand supports local schools and student enrichment programs in communities across the country, and has helped raise an estimated $4.5 million since 1993, company officials said. Last year alone, Dodge donated $690,000 to local high school booster clubs through the Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser
