Geneva Hockey Team Will Host Teddy Bear Toss For Charity
Fans are invited to bring stuffed animals to throw on the ice during Chicago Steel's hockey game March 5.
GENEVA, IL — Geneva-based hockey team Chicago Steel will host a Teddy Bear Toss Mach 5 to benefit two Kane County organizations.
During the Saturday game where the Steel will face the Green Bay Gamblers, fans are encouraged to bring a new or unused stuffed animal to throw onto the ice after the Steel's first score.
After the match, attendees are invited to take to the ice for skating.

The game, starting at 7:05 p.m., will take place at the Fox Valley Ice Arena, 1996 S. Kirk Road in Geneva. Tickets for the game can be purchased online.
