GENEVA, IL — Tuesday marks a once-in-a-lifetime phenomenon. The date, when written numerically, is 2/22/22. Babies born today, also known as "Twosday," will forever have a special birthday, and one girl in Geneva is among them.

Skylar Eide was born at 10:04 a.m at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital, in Winfield. The daughter of parents who live in Geneva, the little girl weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 20.25 inches long.

Besides looking neat, Tuesday's date is also a palindrome, meaning the phrase can be read the same forward and backward. It's the first ubiquitous date number since Nov. 11, 2011, when the numerical date read 11/11/11.
