Grayslake Easter Egg Hunt

Come out early tomorrow for the 16th Annual REMAX Center Easter Egg Hunt where there will be over 7,500 eggs and 300 prizes. 

"We typically have between 3,000 to 4,000 people show up every year," said Jim Starwalt, Broker Associate with REMAX Center. "It should be nice and sunny tomorrow. The weather should be perfect. There will also be a bouncy house, the Easter Bunny and other Disney characters in costumes."

Starwalt invited all families from throughout the county to attend the free event. Attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the local food pantry.

"Get there early," Starwalt said. "The event goes quickly at 11 a.m. Bring your families and a big smile!"

All children ages 1 to 9 are welcomed. They will be divided into age groups: 1-3 years old, 4-6 years old, 7-9 years old. 

Allow extra time for parking and for getting to the starting line for the egg hunt. It is at the new Lake County Fairgrounds at 1060 E Peterson Road, Grayslake.

Bring your camera to take photos with the Easter Bunny and his friends after the Easter Egg Hunt.
