Students From Grayslake Named To Augustana College's Dean's List

Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill. had 821 students named to the Dean's List for the 2011-12 winter term. Students who earned this academic honor have maintained a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a four-point scale for courses taken during the term.

Annette Bugno from Hainesville, a junior majoring in biology.

Katlyn Deal from Grayslake, a senior majoring in elementary education.

Xavier L-Bataille from Grayslake, a junior majoring in business adminstration-advising and accounting.

Marc Nethercote from Grayslake, a senior majoring in pre-medicine, biology, and neuroscience.

Lauren Novak from Grayslake, a senior majoring in biology.

Kaylin Schaibly from Grayslake, a sophomore majoring in communication sciences and disorders.

Sean Seiler from Hainesville, a junior majoring in biology.

Valerie Van Roeyen from Grayslake, a first year majoring in liberal studies.

Founded in 1860 and situated on a 115-acre campus near the Mississippi River, Augustana College is a private, liberal arts institution affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
