Rep. Patrick Sheehan Hosts Valentines For Seniors Card Drive
Anyone can participate by creating a card and dropping it off at Sheehan's district office, at 15746 S. Bell Road in Homer Glen.
LOCKPORT, IL — This Valentine’s Day season, State Representative Patrick Sheehan is inviting the community to help brighten the day of local seniors with his “Valentines for Seniors” card drive, according to a news release from his office.
The drive will run through Feb. 9, and encourages residents of all ages to write heartfelt messages of love and kindness to area senior citizens.
“This Valentine’s Day, we can make a difference by bringing joy and encouragement to area seniors,” Sheehan said in a release. “Our seniors deserve to know they’re remembered, valued, and appreciated for their contributions. These cards are a simple but meaningful way to show we care.”

Anyone can participate by creating a card and dropping it off at Sheehan’s district office, at 15746 S. Bell Road in Homer Glen. The office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All cards must be received by Feb. 9 so Rep. Sheehan can deliver them to local seniors living in assisted living and long-term care facilities on Valentine’s Day.
