Thumb-Biting Spitter Claimed Someone Force-Funneled Alcohol Down His Throat & Made Him Take PCP: Cops
The Joliet man had two young children with him when he made a scene at Harrah's, police said.

JOLIET, IL — An angry, spitting man with two small children in tow bit a paramedic’s thumb but later explained someone had force-funneled alcohol down his throat and made him take PCP, police said.
Cedrick Allen’s very bad night started about 10:30 Friday at Harrah’s Casino, where he was speaking “incoherently” and was very excited, and had his two children, ages 3 and 4, with him, police said.
Casino staff reportedly called the cops to have Allen removed. The children were taken into protective custody and later turned over to their mother, police said.

Allen, 32, was arrested but was allegedly uncooperative when he was processed at the police department and appeared to lose consciousness when he arrived at the Will County jail. Once Allen woke up, police said, he started screaming and “spitting all over everybody.”
An ambulance was called, and Allen was taken to Presence St. Joseph Medical Center. On the way to the hospital, he bit a paramedic’s thumb and spat on him, police said.

After Allen got to St. Joe’s, he told how he was forced to ingest alcohol and PCP, police said, but he did not reveal who had done this to him.
Allen was then taken back to the county jail. He remained in custody Monday morning.
