Stilin's Pub and Grill Launches GoFundMe Amid Financial Struggles

LISLE, IL — A beloved Lisle eatery is reaching out to community members for financial support to help it stay open. Stilin's Pub and Grill recently launched a GoFundMe in which they said they are "struggling to get by, due to a loss of business and the "rising cost of production and labor."

In the fundraiser description, organizer Linda Mertes wrote that "Stilin's Neighborhood Pub in Lisle ha[d] been doing really well...well, up until Heritage Harley closed. The Harley family were here at lunch, after work and on weekends. [W]e really miss all of them."

Mertes added thanked diners for their "continued support."

She wrote, "Please keep Stilin's Neighborhood Pub going."

As of Monday, the fundraiser had raised $935 of its $5,000 goal.
