DTU, D15 Tentative Agreement

Scott says: This is interesting. Back under the old board/old negotiating committee the DTU was very public about how things were going (and that they felt is was going badly) and that 'negotiating in public' was OK.
Switch to the new board/new committee and the DTU has been strangely quiet.
