Vote for Fremd in ABC 7's High School Spirit Challenge
Viewers can vote online for their favorite high school starting at 7 a.m. Thursday. The school with the most votes will be revealed live on ABC 7 on Friday morning.
Fremd High School was recently one of 11 area schools whose students and staff had the opportunity to show their school spirit on ABC 7's "Friday Flyover."
The station is inviting the public to vote online for their favorite high school (Fremd, of course!) from its Friday Flyover season between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14 at www.abc7chicago.com.
The school that gets the most votes will be revealed at 6 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15 on ABC 7.
About 250 Fremd students and staff took to the football field at 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 1 to show their school spirit in human formation, spelling out "Vikings" and "FHS," along with "Hope" in recognition of cancer awareness.
The ABC 7 chopper flew over the field to capture the moment and spoke live with principal Lisa Small about the greatness that is FHS. View the ABC 7 broadcast here.
