$350 Worth of Rogaine Stolen From Romeoville Store: Police

Here's the crime incidents reported in Romeoville in October.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Someone stole nearly $350 worth of hair regrowth products from a Romeoville store, according to the police department. The theft happened at 3:40 p.m. on Oct. 8, when someone went into the business and stole $344 worth of Rogaine, the department said.

The suspect or suspects in the theft are unknown at this time.

The incident was just one of the alleged crimes included in the Romeoville Police Department's weekly crime incidents report. This report covers late September through early October. It is different from the department's weekly arrest reports, in that no one has been charged in these crimes.

A criminal damage to property and theft was reported in the 300 block of West Normantown. An unknown person damaged the top of a locked mailbox and took the mail out of the box.

October 5, 2019, 8:13 A.M.

A criminal damage to property was reported in the 1300 block of Lakeside Drive. Unknown person(s) broke the windshield and front driver’s side window of a parked vehicle.


October 16, 2019, 8:54 P.M.

A burglary to motor vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Lakeview Drive. Unknown person(s) broke a window of a parked vehicle and took a purse.
