Lewis University's WLRA Begins 24/7 Holiday Music
WLRA radio will play holiday music 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Jan. 1.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — Lewis University's WLRA radio station has started its annual tradition of playing only holiday music, according to a release from the university.
WLRA radio will play holiday music 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Jan. 1. Listeners can tune into the student-run radio station at 88.1 FM, online, and at iTunes, Google Play and iHeartRadio.
The WLRA Christmas programming will feature sacred, traditional, contemporary and new hits for people of all ages, the University said.

The 24-hour holiday music is the annual “Christmas Memories for You and Your Family,” benefit broadcast for the United Way of Will County. WLRA will be airing brief public service announcements about United Way agencies in Will County.
WLRA’s regular programming includes news and sports coverage, Lewis University events, and a wide variety of music. Students and faculty involved with WLRA are committed to community service and have produced several marathon broadcasts to benefit United Way of Will County, children’s hospitals and many others, according to the university.
