Romeoville Arrests: Mob Action, Battery, Resisting Police

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Romeoville Police Department has released its latest bath of arrests. The report, released weekly, includes arrests and charges from Oct. 14-21.

Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. Patch has edited out some of the more minor charges from the report, meaning the below arrests are not an exhaustive record of criminal activity in Romeoville.

Richard Garcia, 46 years old, of Romeoville
Arrested October 17, 2019 at 1:21 AM in the 300 block of Richmond for aggravated battery to a police officer and resisting an officer.

Shirley Pigram, 40 years old, of Bolingbrook
Arrested October 16, 2019 at 4:09 AM in the 400 block of Sullivan for armed robbery, aggravated battery and mob action. Transported to Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Leo Magana, 35 years old, 236 Highpoint Dr., Romeoville, IL
Arrested October 17, 2019 at 10:11 PM in the 200 block of Highpoint for domestic battery. Transported to Will County Adult Detention Facility.
