Will County Preserve Visitor Centers Close For Fourth Of July
All preserves, trails and dog parks will remain open on the holiday weekend.`
WILL COUNTY, IL — In observance of Independence Day, most Forest Preserve District of Will County visitor centers will close at noon on Thursday, and remain closed Friday for the holiday.
The preserve said the visitor centers closing early Thursday and remaining closed Friday are: Four Rivers Environmental Education Center in Channahon, Hidden Oaks Nature Center in Bolingbrook, Isle a la Cache Museum in Romeoville, Plum Creek Nature Center in Crete Township and Sugar Creek Administration Center in Joliet.
Monee Reservoir Visitor Center in Monee Township will remain open until 7 p.m. Thursday and will be closed Friday, according to the preserve.

The Tackle Box bait shop at Hidden Lakes Trout Farm in Bolingbrook will be open until 4 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.
