$1.9M Price Tag For Downtown Duplexes Narrowly Approved By St. Charles City Council
Construction could start soon on the eight-unit duplex development at South Forest and Prairie streets.
ST. CHARLES, IL — An eight-unit duplex development was narrowly approved during a recent St. Charles City Council meeting, with developers planning to start construction on the four-story building along South First Street this year.
The Daily Herald is reporting the development, which will be called 504 Rowhomes will include four buildings, each with four stories, and each unit will cost upward of $1.9 million, representatives with the developer, J&B Builders, said during the recent council meeting. The duplexes will be located on the coroner of South First and Prairie streets.
