2 St. Charles Business Cited For Alcohol, Tobacco Violations
Lundeen's Liquor East and Spotted Fox Alehouse have been fined for ordinance violations.
ST. CHARLES, IL — Two St. Charles business have been cited for alcohol and tobacco ordinance violations.
The St. Charles Liquor Control Commission has issued fines and cited the following two businesses for ordinance violations:
- Lundeen’s Liquor East, 614 East Main Street in St. Charles, was cited for selling tobacco/alternative nicotine products to a minor. The tobacco license was suspended for seven days and the business was required to submit $500 in court costs.
- St. Charles Sports, LLC - Spotted Fox Alehouse, a615 East Main Street in St. Charles, was cited for failure to submit timely alcohol tax remittance. The licensee was fined $1,000.00 plus $500.00 in court costs, and placed on probation until Jan. 1, 2024. $750 in fines will be deferred if no alcohol tax remittance violations occur during the probationary period.
