Bank Robbery Happened Saturday In St. Charles
The bank robbery happened at the U.S. Bank Saturday afternoon, police said.
ST. CHARLES, IL — Authorities are investigating an armed robbery at a bank in St. Charles.
The robbery happened at about 12:05 p.m. Saturday at the U.S. Bank, 135 Smith Road, according to a news release from the St. Charles Police Department. The bank robber left the bank on foot, authorities said.
Police searched the area but did not find the man.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been called to investigate the robbery. Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to contact the St. Charles Police Department at 630-377-4435.
