Friends of the Fox Host Kayak, Canoe and Walking Trips
The trips will run through the summer at various locations along the Fox River.

Friends of the Fox River will conduct a series of canoe and kayak trips on the Fox River, and a series ofwalking tours throughout the Fox Valley over the summer.
These trips will explore the river and its relationship with the land that creates it, and the special natural areas that are unique to the Fox River’s watershed, according to the Friends of the Fox website. Tour fees support the work of Friends of the Fox River to preserve, restore, and protect the Fox River Watershed’s resources by connecting people with nature through education, research, restoration, and advocacy.

Walking Tours
Walking Tours will begin on Saturday, May 14, and continue on the 2nd Saturday of each month until the last tour on Saturday, October 8. A local expert in the unique features of each tour site will guide each tour. Each tour will begin at 9am. Each tour will be about an hour and from one to two miles in length.
Tour Fees: Adults $20, Members, Students and Seniors $15, Children 6–12 years $10. (View Calendar)
Canoe Trips
Canoe Trips will begin on Sunday, May 15, and continue on the 3rd Sunday of each month until the last trip on Sunday, October 16. Experienced canoe guides will lead each trip. Trip fees are per person and include boat, gear and a car shuttle from the put-in to the take-out.

Kayak Trips
Kayak Trips will begin on Saturday, May 28 and continue on the 4th Saturday of each month until the last trip on Saturday, October 22. Experienced guides will lead each trip. Trip fees are per person and include boat and gear.
Trip Fees: Adults $55, Members and seniors $45, students (14 years old & up) $40. (View Calendar)
