HANOVER PARK, IL — A Hanover Park man faces criminal charges stemming from accusations he sold LSD and marijuana, according to a news release from the Kane County State's Attorney's Office.
State’s Attorney Joe McMahon approved charges of felony unlawful delivery of LSD (two counts) and felony unlawful delivery of cannabis against 21-year-old Dawid M. Byrgiel, of the 7500 block of Cumberland Drive, according to the news release. The charges resulted from an investigation conducted by the North Central Narcotics Task Force, officials reported.
Kane County prosecutors say that on Nov. 1 and Nov. 5, Byrgiel sold between 200 and 600 units ("hits") of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD). Byrgiel then sold between 500 and 2,000 grams of marijuana on Dec. 17, the state's attorney's office said.
