HomeGoods Prepares For South Elgin Grand Opening
A new store will debut on Randall Road on Thursday and the retailer will donate $10,000 to Habitat For Humanity of The Northern Fox Valley.

SOUTH ELGIN, IL — A new home décor store will open in South Elgin this week, providing local shoppers with off-price opportunities to add to their everyday surroundings at a lower price.
Home Goods, a leading retailer in the home decorating space, announced recently it will open a new location in South Elgin at 432 Randall Rd. on Thursday.
HomeGoods provides a constantly changing selection of high-quality merchandise at excellent value, according to a news release sent out by the retailer. With prices generally 20 percent and 60 percent below full-price retailers’ regular prices on comparable merchandise, HomeGoods characterizes its shopping experience its fun and inviting.

“Our amazing values, brand names, and vast assortment make HomeGoods an exciting destination for shoppers,” John Ricciuti, president of HomeGoods said in a news release. “With a large variety of merchandise from around the world, customers will always find thrilling values in our treasure hunt shopping experience.”
The South Elgin location will be open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Thursday and like other locations, offers updated health and wellness practices to help protect the health and well-being of customers and sales associates. After the grand opening, the store will be open between 9:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday.

In celebration of its new store location, HomeGoods said it will contribute to the South Elgin community by presenting a $10,000 donation to Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley. Their mission is to help people in the community to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage.
