New Forest Preserve Fest Offers 'Nature-Based Arcade Experience'

KANE COUNTY, IL — The Forest Preserve District of Kane County plans to host its first-ever Polar-Palooza next month in St. Charles.
The family-friendly winter festival will run from noon to 3 p.m. on Jan. 18 at Creek Bend Nature Center, at 37W700 Dean Street. The festival will feature a nature-based arcade experience full of fun prizes and hot treats, according to a news release from the forest preserve district.
There will be crafts, games and interactive exhibits at the festival, which are all designed to educate and entertain. You can complete activities both indoors and out to earn tickets, which can be redeemed for prizes, according to the news release.
