Portion Of Kirk Road Closed For Repairs
The southbound lane of the roadway will remain closed through July 31.
ST. CHARLES, IL - From the City of St. Charles: The City of St. Charles Electric Utility has hired Archon Construction to repair settling manhole covers on Kirk Road. The work will require a continuous closing of the southbound outside lane of Kirk Road from Main Street south to Tyler Road, from July 18-31, 2018, weather permitting.
Work consists of breaking out the surrounding pavement and re-pouring concrete. The result will be a smoother ride for drivers, as well as safer snow plowing operations in the winter.
