St. Charles East Family Fun Fest Held This Weekend

ST. CHARLES, IL — The St. Charles East Family Fun Fest will be held this Saturday.

The festivities will run from 12 to 8 p.m. at St. Charles East High School, 1020 Dunham Road in St. Charles, and will include food, games, prizes and raffles.

7th Heaven will be performing and several St. Charles East High School teams will break in the turf during the Orange and Black Meet the Team events throughout the day, according to a post on the STCE Saints Athletic Boosters Facebook page.

Here is a look at the scrimmages that will be held throughout the day:

• 10 to 11 a.m.: Alumni Soccer Game
• 10 to 11:30 a.m.: Girls swim and dive
• 12 to 2 p.m.: Basketball hot shot contest
• 12 to 2 p.m.: Boys soccer scrimmage
• 1 to 2 p.m.: Girls tennis scrimmage
• 2 to 3 p.m.: Boys and girls cross-country relay races
• 2 to 5 p.m.: Boys and girls golf events
• 3 to 4:30 p.m.: Girls volleyball scrimmage
• 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.: Field games
• 4:45 to 6 p.m.: Marching Band, Cheer, Dance, and Football

All proceeds raised from the event will help pay for the 40th Anniversary Renovation of our Athletic Facilities project.
