ST. CHARLES, IL — The city of St. Charles is looking for feedback regarding its website.

The city is in the process of redesigning its website, with hopes of making it easier for visitors to interact with the city.

Increasing community engagement is one of the priorities outlined in the city’s 2023-2027 strategic plan and improving the functionality and overall user experience on the website is a key objective, according to a news release from the city.
