Booze Stolen From Jewel; Eggs Thrown At Library Windows: Wheaton PD

WHEATON, IL — Alcohol was stolen from Jewel, eggs were thrown at the windows of the library and other crimes were reported on the Wheaton Police Department's crime blotters for early and mid-July.

Liquor Stolen from Jewel

On July 8, a man and a woman came into the Jewel store at 2031 N. Main St. and stole several bottles of alcohol, according to police.

Cosmetics Stolen from Ulta

Two women took items from the Ulta store at 112 Danada Square West without paying. The incident took place around 7:20 p.m. on July 12.

Eggs Thrown at Windows of Library

Three people threw eggs at the windows of Wheaton Public Library, police say. The incident took place July 16 around 8:40 p.m.
