'No Known Victims' As Shooting Under Investigation In West Chicago: Police
There are "no known victims" in what West Chicago police are calling a "shooting" at the Timber Lakes Apartments.
WEST CHICAGO, IL — West Chicago police are investigating what they are referring to as a "shooting" that took place Tuesday evening. They say there are "no known victims" and the suspects fled the scene after the incident, which took place at Timberlakes Apartments Tuesday evening.
Just after 7:15 p.m., West Chicago Police shared an initial post online stating that there was a large police presence at the scene of an "incident" at 1200 Kings Circle.
Per the update, posted on Facebook around 9 p.m. Tuesday, there was still a large police presence at the scene amid the ongoing investigation. Property was reportedly damaged in the shooting, though no additional details were provided.
