Kids Can Enter Art Competition For Festival Of Cultures In Wheaton

Kids have until Sept. 1 to enter their artwork for a chance to be featured on the front page of the program for the Festival of Cultures.

WHEATON, IL — Kids are encouraged to enter their artwork for a chance to be featured on the program cover for the Festival of Cultures, which will be held in Wheaton on Sept. 15. In addition to having their art on the front of the program, the winning artist will also get a $50 Visa gift card.

Every student who enters the contest will have their art displayed at the festival.

Here are the guidelines for entering the contest:

  • Entries may be up to 8.5 inches by 11 inches
  • Entries will be resized for the 4-inch by 6-inch program
  • Entries must be designed for four-color printers

Submissions must include the following:

  • Student's name
  • Student's grade
  • Student's school

Students may submit their work via email to andreamclayton@gmail.com. The deadline to enter the contest is Sept. 1, and the winner will be informed via email Sept. 6.
