Man Accused Of DUI After Passing Out In Drive Thru: Yorkville PD
Weekend crime reports from the Yorkville Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff's office.
KENDALL COUNTY, IL — The Yorkville Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff's office responded to the following crime reports this weekend:
DUI
Victor Godinez, 45, from the 300 block of W. Main Street in Yorkville, was arrested in the 1800 block of Marketview Drive in Yorkville at 10:52 p.m. Saturday on accusations of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to a report from the Yorkville Police Department. Officers from the Yorkville Police Department were called to the above address for a report of a man passed out in his truck in a restaurant drive thru lane. After police arrested Godinez, they took him to the Kendall County Jail. According to a Kendall County Sheriff's office report, Godinez was released Sunday after posting bond. His court date is not listed.

Domestic battery
Kristin Elizabeth Menzer, 32, from the 300 block of Winthrop Drive in Oswego, was arrested Sunday at 6:18 p.m. on accusations of domestic battery, and faces charges of domestic battery — insulting and provoking and domestic battery causing bodily harm, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's office. She is due in court Monday and is being held at the Kendall County Jail, according to the sheriff's office.

Delivery of cannabis
Kevin L. Ramirez Jr., 18, from the 1300 5th Street in Aurora, was arrested Friday on accusations of delivering cannabis, and faces an adult felony charge of delivery of cannabis — more than 30 grams, but less than 500 grams, according to the sheriff's office. Ramirez Jr. was released Saturday on recognizance bond. His court date is not listed.
